2.3 Registration Requirements

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

3.4 Inactive Accounts

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

5.3 Malfunctions

6.1 Eligibility

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Expiry

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, bonus funds and free spins expire thirty (30) days after being credited to an account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. ph656 is not responsible for bonuses that expire due to inactivity or failure to meet wagering requirements within the applicable window.

7.1 Verification Obligation

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct on the ph656 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer table games;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph656 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or technical failures, even if ph656 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph656's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your ph656 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ph656's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph656 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph656 recommends that you maintain appropriate security software on all devices used to access the Platform.

12.1 Closure by the Account Holder

You may request closure of your ph656 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by ph656

ph656 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct;
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider;
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. ph656 will retain records of your account activity for the period required by applicable law. Any bonus balances are forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances held at the time of closure for reasons other than fraud or material breach will be returned to you following the applicable withdrawal process.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph656 Platform shall first be submitted to ph656's customer support team for attempted resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms available under Philippine law.

You agree that any claim or dispute against ph656 must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective, or representative proceeding.

ph656 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. Material amendments — being changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number registered to their account no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or changes required to comply with applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the ph656 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
